This week has been eventful. We had transfers. Because we are in charge of transfers for our zone we get everybody that is transferred on a van in the morning and then we wait until all their replacements show up. Both Elder Masacayan and I are staying in this area as companions. We showed up to the church at 8:30 am and didn't leave until about 8:30 pm. Thursday we were able to work but Friday I came down with a cold that put me under. I just stayed in bed all day. But the work that we did have this week was very effective. We were able to give 3 baptismal dates to some awesome investigators

This week has been good. We have had some success. We were able to give a baptismal date to one of our investigators and to talk about baptism with an investigator family. The family isn't quite ready but it was a good discussion. We were also able to bring two less-active members with us to church. They were just waiting to be invited. It was great. I also spoke on Sunday. The stake here has started a thing where the missionaries speak every second Sunday. So we spoke then the branch presidents daughter spoke. It was kind of her farewell. She is assigned to Twin Falls, Idaho. She will be leaving soon. It was a good sacrament. The topic was on Luke 15.
I encourage you to read it and try to see the contrasts in the three parables.
We are doing good, keeping busy :-)
Not a whole lot of news this week Love you all

This week has been good. We had some success with finding less-active members. It is August and transfers are coming up again. We will know the transfers next Monday. We have MLC on Wednesday. I started reading the New Testament in Tagalog this week. I'm about halfway through Matthew. I'm about 60 sections into the D&C as well. I have learned so much about the organization of the church. It has been a busy and tiring week.
